6 hours. When the time is up (or you manually check out), you become invisible at the venue and your profile no longer appears to people there.
Nothing. Friendships, Talk requests, and conversations remain after you leave. What ends when you check out is only your presence: you stop appearing to the people who are there.
No. TalkCity only collects your location at the moment of check-in to verify that you're physically present at the venue. We do not track your position in the background.
Go to your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find TalkCity and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
Inside the app, go to Profile, then Settings, and select Delete Account. Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
In the people list or on the user's profile, tap the three dots (menu) and select "Report". Describe the reason for the report. Reports are reviewed and actions are taken automatically to protect the community.
On the user's profile or in the conversation, tap the three dots and select "Block". The blocked user won't be able to see your profile or contact you anymore.
Yes. Under Brazil's LGPD, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Send your request to suporte@orbitverse.io. Response time: up to 15 business days.
